A new tendency has appeared at the development market. The matter is developers started suggesting project development services to other companies. Mostly they are major developers which have formed high professional crews. Now these companies can cover their own projects along with meeting the demand at the market of Kharkiv and Ukraine. Avantazh is one of these developers.

Anatoliy Denysenko, the President of Avantazh Group: 'Avantazh has stored huge experience in the development for 12 years of working at the market. And today we are ready to share it, so we offer development services. It takes years to get the experience of being effective in the development. So why make your own mistakes when there are professionals - just come to them and get the result. That's what we are providing.'
Avantazh provides full package of development services for its clients: from counseling how to choose the right land plot up to all constructional works and putting the building into operation.
Anatoliy Denysenko: 'I've analyzed the market and can say that there are huge amount of unprofessional projects in Kharkiv, and when the crisis broke out they found out to be invalid. That's why we offer our services - to help companies avoid such situations. Considering our experience and image there will be a demand for it, I believe'.
At the present Avantazh has got the contract for development of four commercial estate projects: an administrative and office center, a logistic center, a hotel and an industrial complex. According to Anatoliy Denysenko, the clients are interested both in the new projects' development and in redesigning some old projects.
